Our Warranty
Every Elite Kitchens renovation is built to last, and we back that with a 10 year guarantee on your new kitchen. On top of our own guarantee, the materials and hardware we install come with their own manufacturer warranties, some of them for life.
10 Year Elite Kitchens Guarantee
We offer a 10 year conditional warranty on your new kitchen, subject to the supplier's hardware warranty.
This guarantee does not cover any hardware that has been exposed to excessive loads, modified in any way, or used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
Manufacturer Warranties
We use quality brands we trust. Each product below carries its manufacturer's warranty, and the manufacturer's own terms and conditions apply.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If something isn't right with your kitchen, get in touch and we'll take care of it.
- Contact us on 02 4967 3354 or email sales@elitekitchens.com.au.
- Include your name, address and the approximate date your kitchen was installed.
- Describe the issue and attach clear photos if you can.
We'll review your claim, let you know whether it falls under our guarantee or a manufacturer's warranty, and arrange the next steps with you.

Your Rights Under Australian Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us, and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
Residential building work in NSW is also covered by statutory warranties under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW). The benefits of our guarantee and the manufacturer warranties above are in addition to these rights.
